This is the one!

This app is easy to use, but what would make it the best is if it could scan a wireless network for camera devices, like the app Owlr. The Owlr tells you your external IP and sets up a non default port (to prevent hacking). That would make it 5 stars.

Overall the app is very well built, It looked kind of sketchy when I first bought it, but it is awesome. The recording function is awesome ( I am still looking for an app that can stream live to YouTube, so I have unlimited backup).
